Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on high-volume recruitment for clinical roles, including medical assistants, Sonographers, nurses, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing top-tier clinical talent, building strong pipelines, and negotiating with candidates to secure the best talent for our organization. Experience in vascular recruiting is a plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Recruitment: Manage a high-volume requisition load for clinical roles across multiple markets, ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet business needs.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage clinical providers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Negotiation: Lead salary and benefits negotiations with candidates to secure commitments while aligning with organizational budgets and policies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights and talent acquisition solutions.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified clinical professionals for future hiring needs.
  • Process Management: Ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a clinical recruiter, specializing in high-volume clinical roles in healthcare settings.
  • Strong sourcing skills with expertise in leveraging multiple recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close candidates effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly iCIMS, and recruitment technologies.
  • Experience in vascular recruiting is a plus.
